We gather two types of information from our members: public viewable information and private information.
Public viewable information is the personal information displayed on the NRIC website. It is entered by the member during registration and includes details such as gender, age, height, and photos. This information is viewable by other NRIC members.
Private information is any information that would allow another person to contact a member outside of the NRIConnections.com website. This includes, but is not limited to, your email address, mailing address, and contact number. Private information is not viewable by other NRIC members.
The public viewable information you submit is intended for matchmaking purposes and is displayed to other members seeking a match. This public information does not reveal your contact details or any private information. You can update or modify it at any time by logging into your account.
Your private information, such as your email address, is used to assist you in finding an ideal NRI life partner and to allow NRIC personnel to communicate with you. Your email address is never revealed or displayed to other members by us.
Financial information is kept confidential and secure and is used only to bill you for the services you request. All other private information is held in confidence by NRIC and is not disclosed to anyone, except as required by law or as necessary to protect the members of NRIConnections. You can update, modify, or delete your private information at any time by logging into your account.
We will not retain your personal information for any longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, or as required to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or statutory obligations. If your NRIC membership is terminated or expires, your personal information will be deleted or archived in compliance with applicable laws.
NRIConnections.com does not share your personal information with any individual or organization unless required to do so by law enforcement or other legal authorities.
We provide you with the ability to keep your personal information accurate and up to date. NRIC shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by users as a result of any disclosure, whether inadvertent or otherwise, of any information concerning a user's account, credit cards, or debit cards in the course of any online transactions or payments made for products or services offered through the NRIC website or mobile application.
If you share any personal information with NRIC that was not requested during registration, whether mandatory or optional, NRIC will not be liable for any information security breach or disclosure relating to that information.

Welcome to NRIConnections.com, a confidential matrimonial website for NRI singles across the globe. Before you begin using the NRIConnections (referred to as "NRIC," "we," "us," or "our") website, please read, review, and agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions Agreement.
NRIC reserves the sole right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time. Every NRIC member will be notified of any changes to this agreement by email.
NRIC membership and the right of admission are reserved solely for:
1. Candidates who meet the legal age for marriage based on the laws of their country of residence.
2. Indian nationals and citizens looking to marry an NRI and willing to live outside India.
3. Persons of Indian Origin (PIO).
4. Non-Resident Indians (NRI).
5. Persons of Indian descent or Indian heritage.
6. Persons who intend to marry a person of Indian origin.
This agreement is valid for as long as you are a member of NRIConnections. NRIC reserves the right to deny or terminate your access to the website or your membership for any reason deemed appropriate by the website administrators, followed by a notification sent to the email address you provided. If your membership is terminated for breach of this agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of subscription or membership payments you have made.
Every member is required to complete the online registration process honestly and fairly, providing true, current, and accurate information. You agree to upload current photographs of yourself. To serve you better, NRIC may request additional details for verification to validate your membership, and you may receive a call from the NRIC Customer Service Center to assist you in registering your profile on the NRIC website or app.
If at any point NRIC learns or has reason to believe that any information you provided for registration, including photographs, is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, NRIC has the full right to suspend or terminate your membership without prior notice, to forfeit any amount you paid toward membership fees, and to decline to provide services to you thereafter. NRIC also reserves the right to block the registration of your profile if any of your contact details or entered data are irrelevant, inappropriate, or in error.
Registration of duplicate profiles for the same person is not permitted, and NRIC has the full right to suspend or terminate any such duplicate profiles without notice. You acknowledge and confirm that your registration with NRIC and use of NRIC services is with the sole intention of marriage and for no other purpose.
NRIC membership is restricted strictly to registered individual members. Organizations, companies, businesses, or individuals carrying on a similar or competitive business may not become members, use the NRIC service, or use NRIC member data for any commercial purpose. NRIC reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for any breach of this agreement.
You understand and agree that NRIC may delete any profile, photograph, or message (collectively, "Content") deemed inappropriate, including Content that may be illegal or offensive, that violates this agreement in any form, or that threatens the safety of other members.
While NRIC does not accept any obligation to monitor the content or information in your profile, if it is found not to comply with these terms, NRIC may delete it, or suspend or terminate your registration, without a refund of any subscription paid. You agree that, where the situation warrants, NRIC may at its sole discretion restrict any member from contacting other members.
You are solely responsible for the Content you publish, display, post, or share with other members. NRIC reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any Content posted on the website. In exercising this right, NRIC may ask you to provide additional documentary evidence to support your Content. If you fail to provide such evidence, NRIC may, at its sole discretion, terminate your membership without a refund.
By posting Content in the public sharing areas of the NRIC website, you agree to grant, and represent that you have the right to grant, NRIC and its members an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, display, and distribute such Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.
The following is a partial list of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the website. NRIC will investigate and, at its sole discretion, take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing the offending communication and terminating the violator's membership without a refund. Prohibited Content includes Content that:
a. Is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual. b. Harasses or advocates harassment of another person. c. Promotes information you know to be false or misleading, or promotes illegal activity or conduct that is abusive, threatening, or defamatory. d. Involves the transmission of junk mail, chain letters, unsolicited mass mailings, or spam. e. Promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated software or links to it.
All membership fees paid to NRIConnections are generally non-refundable once the membership has been activated or accessed. Refunds may be considered only in limited cases such as duplicate payments, failed transactions where the service was not activated, or verified technical/system errors. Any eligible refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after the transaction and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed back to the original payment method. Cancellation of membership will stop future renewals but will not result in a refund for any unused portion of an active subscription.
NRIConnections is an online matrimonial platform designed to connect NRIs and Indian communities worldwide for the purpose of marriage. The platform enables users to create personal profiles, search and view other member profiles, express interest, and communicate with potential matches based on individual preferences. We provide tools to facilitate meaningful, marriage-focused connections in a secure and user-managed environment. NRIConnections does not guarantee matches, compatibility, or marriage outcomes and acts solely as a facilitator for member interactions.
Each NRIC member is solely responsible for their interactions with other members.
1. You agree and understand that your interactions with other members are at your sole discretion and responsibility, and that NRIC is not responsible for confirming the veracity of any member's Content.
2. Members are solely responsible for their communications, through any medium, with prospects and other members. NRIC disclaims any responsibility or liability for any monetary transaction, exchange, interaction, or sharing of information between members by email, chat, WhatsApp, or any other medium, whether using the website, the app, or otherwise.
3. NRIC has no obligation to monitor any disputes arising between members and will not be a party to any such dispute or litigation.
4. NRIC is not a broker or agent of any member, and NRIC does not take part in any discussion between members and prospects or in the results of those discussions.
You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your NRIC login credentials, such as your user ID, password, and one-time passwords (OTPs), and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You are cautioned not to share your password with any other person, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
NRIC will not disclose or monitor any private data unless required to do so by law enforcement agencies, regulation, or court order. Every member agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members. To understand how we protect your privacy and how our practices may be amended from time to time, please read and follow the NRIC Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to the NRIC website. The personal information and data you provide to us during your use of the NRIC website will be treated as confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NRIC, its employees, directors, officers, agents, and their successors and assignees from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based on the use of your account or your breach of any of these terms, including any claim of defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, or loss of service by other members.
NRIC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the website or in connection with the NRIC service, whether caused by a user or member or by any equipment or programming associated with the service, nor for the conduct of any user or member, whether online or offline. Under no circumstances will NRIC be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the website, the service, or any Content posted on the website or transmitted to members. The exchange of a matrimonial profile through the NRIC website should not in any way be construed as a matrimonial offer or recommendation from NRIConnections.
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be enforced.
Members who register on the NRIC website will receive emails regarding their sign-up status, registration approval, and the services offered by NRIConnections. Members may also be contacted by phone to verify and validate that the information on their profile is accurate.
