Refund Policy

All membership fees paid to NRIConnections are generally non-refundable once the membership has been activated or accessed.


Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate payments
• Failed transactions where the membership or service was not activated
• Verified technical or system errors that prevented access to the purchased service


Any eligible refund request must be submitted within a reasonable time after the transaction and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time to prevent future subscription renewals.


Cancellation will stop future recurring charges but will not result in a refund or partial refund for any unused portion of an active membership or subscription period. Members will continue to have access to the membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the membership will expire unless renewed.
